The book is about supernatural events and incidents recorded in Scripture.
It's been over 2,000 years since events described in the Bible occurred. Yet the accounts in this book can make your hair stand on end, and
amaze even the most ardent futurist. The Bible is an accounting of extraterrestrial beings, space travel, levitation, supernatural transformations
and absolute control over nature. Matter is converted, it's moved, and it's made to live. The dead are raised to life, and the living are
instantly destroyed. Fire is sent from the sky to earth and from earth to the sky. Massive armies are instantly destroyed, the weak are made
strong, and the powerful are made weak. A hand appears and writes on a wall. A storage box has the power to kill anyone who touches it, yet
doesn't harm certain people. A heavy ax head floats to the surface of a river, and two people walk on water. Clouds surround a voice, and an
awesome column of fire leads a huge group of people across the desert. Plants are engulfed in flames, but don't burn. People move about in the
flames of a hot furnace, yet they don't burn—even their clothes are not burned. Loud voices come from nowhere, yet everywhere.
The Bible describes supernatural beings that came among us to help, teach, or punish. The Bible tells us about six-fingered, six-toed people, and
giants that stand almost 10 feet tall. It’s also a story of what happens when people don't live within moral and ethical guidelines. It's
a story about the relationship between mankind and God.
As an engineer and amateur scientist, I've always been interested in things I don't fully understand. The Bible is no exception. So,
over the past 10 years, I've studied the Scriptures in great detail. My goal was to analyze events, situations and people and to collect and
categorize strange happenings and amazing accounts. My research was to help myself and others like you understand the fascinating mysteries
contained in this book. I realized that there must be some reason why the Bible has been around longer than any other book in history. And I
wanted to find out why.
In the following sections I will share fascinating events recorded in history, frozen in time for generations today to read and wonder. What is
most amazing about my research was the ease in which Bible history has been made more acceptable and understandable after watching movies and TV
programs such as "Independence Day," "Close Encounters of a Third Kind," "Star Trek," "Star Trek: Voyager,"
"Sightings," "X-Files," "Dark Skies," "Unsolved Mysteries," "Touched by an Angel," and "Ghost
Whisperer."
The information to follow reflects the results of this engineer's study and analysis of Scripture. See for yourself that mysteries are

Background
The Bible describes the history of mankind and the relationship our ancestors had with a supreme being that we call God. Every tribe,
every nation, every group of humans recognizes and accepts a higher power. And many of the events described in our Bible are part of the history
of ancient civilizations, and in the history of our own American Indians. Certain events like the Flood are part of folklore, legend, and the
history of people all over the planet.
In this book, I'll describe events that most amaze and often comfort people. I'll share and describe events such as the power unleashed
through spoken words , power over nature, power over matter, power over people, power over life and death, power over animals, and strange
experiences involving unidentified flying objects, ghosts, spirits, magicians, and mediums.
You'll read how nature, matter, man, and animals are all subject to the intent of God. You'll marvel at how the raging sea was
immediately calmed by a command, how a cloud of smoke and fire moved about and led a nation of over 2 million people through the desert, how food
mysteriously appeared and clothes and sandals never wore out during decades of continuous use. I'll describe how a disgruntled family loudly
protested and was swallowed up when the earth opened and they fell in, to be then covered over by dirt as the ground closed about them. I'll
tell you about a man who vanished before the eyes of an official from the royal court from Ethiopia to be instantly teleported to a village 12
miles away. In another story, I'll describe the levitation of an axe head that came loose from its handle and flew out over the surface of
a river and sunk to the bottom. You'll read about the sun standing still in the sky for a full day. You'll learn about the sun's
shadow moving on a stair opposite to normal. There are animals talking to people and men standing in a huge fiery furnace without being burned.
Individuals and large groups of people suddenly die or are killed by supernatural forces. And you'll read about people who had died and
were then resurrected back to life. One of them died in the Middle East, was restored to life and later became a leading Christian bishop in
France.
The Bible is filled with fascinating stories of supernatural events and strange happenings. By reading and studying this great Book, you'll
come to understand how a stern and demanding God punished those who failed to follow His commands, and how a savior was provided to give us hope
of salvation for our own future.

Each of the stories in this book came from the Bible. I wrote them from the perspective of a person with a technical background. I did all the
research I could to explain the scenario for each story, then I had each of my writings vetted (verified) based on the original Hebrew and
Greek writings.
There are literally hundreds of strange events mentioned in the Bible. I selected what I call "the Top 30" and focused on these for
the narrative part of this book. Most of these occurred in the lands called Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Syria, Iran, and Turkey. As you read each
story, you'll see maps that show where each event occurred. You'll learn about villages, cities, mountains, and rivers in the Middle
East. In the Appendix at the back of this book you'll find references to all the Bible verses mentioning the supernatural and amazing
things that I discovered during my research. I hope you find UFOs and Strange Happenings in the Bible interesting and fascinating. For
me, this has been a wonderful and fulfilling project. Get ready for an exciting reading and learning experience.
